Build what is NEXT.

“I joined NEXT Brokerage about a year ago and have had nothing but continuous support with anything real estate related. I was a new agent and they were there to help and mentor me from A-Z. We have weekly meetings to check in and offer support to anyone who needs it. On top of everything they offer better splits than any brokerage I have seen.

“I'm extremely happy with NEXT Broker as my brokerage! When I worked with one of their TCs on my first deal, she was far more helpful than my previous broker, thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She walked me through every part of the process. Since joining NEXT, everything has been smooth, and the support is unmatched. It's a tight-knit community of realtors who genuinely want to help each other succeed.

“NEXT is home. As a new agent, I wasn't just looking for a place to hang my license, I needed a brokerage that aligned with my values and provided real mentorship. Ryan and Jimmy aren't just brokers; they are true leaders who emphasize ethical practices over money-driven transactions and genuinely care about their agents' success. At NEXT, it's about putting clients first and doing business the right way.

“NEXT Brokerage offers great training and I could not be happier! They have a great support system and stay very engaged with their agents. You will definitely be in good hands! Highly recommend!!

“NEXT Brokerage is a brokerage FOR agents! They care tremendously in our growth, and they are not looking to make a profit off of US. They have a heart for real estate agents and are active realtors as well, which helps, because they know exactly what we are experiencing in the industry. Make NEXT BROKERAGE your NEXT brokerage!

“Highly supportive firm, collaborative, and inclusive. They are providing you with the tools, mentorships and resources to grow. Commission split is the best, and with TC in house to help you with your paperwork's WOW. Well regarded in the industry overall! I am happy to be part of NEXT Brokerage!
